That's when I knew I needed to make a significant change.

Metaman: What inspired you to choose real estate as your new path?

Benson: I wanted a field where I could make a tangible impact, where I could see growth and transformation both in my own life and in the lives of others. Real estate offered that opportunity—it's not just about properties; it's about building futures, creating legacies, and changing lives through smart investments and guidance.

Metaman: You started in real estate at a relatively young age. How did that shape your early experiences?

Benson: I entered the industry in 2009 at 29 years old, and honestly, I had to prove myself quickly. Being younger than many of my peers, I had to work harder to establish credibility. But that worked in my favor too—I had fresh perspectives, boundless energy, and a willingness to learn and adapt rapidly.

Metaman: Your journey has been marked by impressive milestones. Can you walk us through some of your key investments?

Benson: Absolutely. In 2011, I purchased an investment unit for my parents, which was my first step toward financial independence and my family's security. Then in 2013, I expanded internationally with a hotel investment in Cambodia, followed by a property in Melbourne, Australia, in 2014. These international investments broadened my perspective on real estate markets.

Metaman: Your domestic investments have been equally noteworthy.

Benson: Thank you. In Singapore, I've invested in several significant properties: a 4-bedder condominium at Gem Residences in 2017, a 2-bedder at Riverfront Residences in 2018, and a freehold industrial property in 2019. Each of these represented strategic moves in different segments of the market.

Metaman: Your financial success came relatively early. How did that impact your approach to business?

Benson: By age 32, I had generated over a million dollars through property investment. This financial milestone gave me the freedom to think bigger. I realized that money wasn't just for personal gain—it was a tool to build something meaningful. That's when I focused on creating systems and teams that could scale.

Metaman: You've built a substantial sales division. Tell us about that journey.

Benson: At 34, I established a multi-million dollar sales division virtually single-handedly. It was about creating a replicable model, training people, and building a culture of excellence. I learned that success isn't just about individual achievement but about empowering others to reach their potential.

Metaman: What roles do you embrace today?

Benson: Today, I'm a professional realtor, business coach, property investor, and mentor. My days are filled with guiding clients through their property journeys, coaching entrepreneurs on building their businesses, and mentoring passionate individuals who want to make their mark in real estate.
